Emails For Affiliates - Myths

Email Title:

You can eat as much of [whatever] and not get fat.

Hey guys,

I have to share with you something I just read from Leigh Peele's new
free report.

"I call this one the canard of “free foods,” and oh, my goodness,
do the diet book authors love these. In fact, while we’re on the
subject, let’s talk about the four main tactics of the typical
diet author:

1. They try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to dieting.
2. They try to trick you into eating less food by building
their whole diet around a bizarre structure.
3. They wrap their garbage in shiny packaging so you’ll think
you’re getting something new and improved. (Spoiler alert: It isn’t.)
4. Most important: They trick you into thinking you’ll have to
diet down (read: be hungry) for the rest of your life.

Now, let me be clear: If you want to lose weight, you’re going
to have to eat fewer calories than you need. That might involve
portion control or the removal of certain foods from your diet,
but one way or the other, that’s how you’ll lose weight.

But keep in mind: That doesn’t mean you’ll always be hungry.

That said, I’m always puzzled at the idea of free foods.
Typical free foods include low-calorie vegetables, salsa or
certain fruits, but I hate to break it to you: There’s no such
thing as free foods. You can eat too much of anything."

Email Title:

Most guys are hardgainers.

Hey guys,

I have to share with you something I just read from Leigh Peele's new
free report.

"For the uninitiated, a “hardgainer” is someone who has
difficulty putting on muscle. Most guys who get the hardgainer
label suffer from two problems.

1. Wrong Intensity
2. Wrong nutrition

Hardgainers do exist, but not in the way you think. Typically
a hardgainer is just someone who isn’t eating enough or
working out enough, and frankly, not eating enough is usually
the root of the problem because the supposed hardgainer denies
himself the fuel he needs to excel in the gym.

So to avoid falling into this category, get your eats in order.
I also invite you to use the formulas in my book to calculate
exactly how much protein, fat and carbohydrates you should be
eating in order to pack on muscle and not fat."
