5 meals to eat before you diet

I read an article the other day called “5 meals to eat before
you start your diet!”

In that moment I wanted to stand up on the bookstore bench and
start applauding so aggressively that the other shoppers would jump
in just because of my passion.

Why?

This is the quickest and most successful way to ruin someones
chance at ever achieving the body they want or getting them to
enjoy tasty food. If you are looking at you food before you diet
as your last meal, you aren’t eating the right way.

You know who else thinks this way? Leigh Peele. Leigh wrote
the Body By Eats program and has vowed to put an end to bad tasting
diet foods forever. These are some of the best recipes out there
diet or no diet. Grab a spoon and head on over. Do it quick too
because Leigh has a few bonus offers that only last for a few days.

Say no to cooking a healthy meal

I was over at a friends house and they were trying to make a
“healthy” meal for dinner because I am a trainer. I always get
scared to see what people are going to do to food in the name of
healthy. Usually the proteins are dry, the veggies are limp and
lifeless, and dessert is some crumbling of a 100 calorie snack pack
throw away.

WHY?

This is not what healthy food is about. Healthy food is REAL food,
good food, and tasty. Healthy food is food picked at the height of
its flavor. Healthy food is cooked in the right way. Healthy food
is not on a label on a box.

Here is a little hint, if they have to say that it is healthy and
'tasty, it usually isn't.

It's a good thing I have friends like Leigh Peele, the creator of
Body By Eats. This is not the same sad chicken beasts and lonely
cottage cheese style of thinking. This is food that would make a
chef proud in any restaurant. You better believe all my friends
are getting a copy. That night I had rubber chicken breast with '
watered down broccoli.

*Shivers* Never AGAIN!

P.S. Let me know what your favorite recipe is. I might even do a contest!

Overweight people don’t know how to eat

You may be thinking “What?! Um, I think that is the problem!”

Most people who are overweight do so by way of cheap processed
foods at the grocery store or fast food drive-thru and pizza
delivery. This is not eating. This is mass produced taste bud
killers at their best. A good foodie or strong chef is never going
to praise these types of foods. As a whole we just end up
getting ourselves so used to all that dirty 3 day old fat fryer
tastes. We get used to the taste of hot pockets.

Seriously?

Do me a favor and try a hot pocket 3 months after trying the new
Body By Eats program. It has a section specifically on taste bud
programing. It also has 120+ recipes that knock the socks off of a
hot pocket. Take the 3 month challenge, you’ll never regret it.
That hot pocket though, might be a different story.

25,000 Breakfasts

You may have heard by now that the average person has 25,000
mornings on average. Every time I think about that it makes me want
to run to action and do something top make my day all it can be.

If I have only 25,000 mornings do you think I am going to waste them
on being deprived? Do you think I am going to waste each meal on food
that doesn’t taste good just so I can get my “macros” in? I don’t
think so. Life is short and about enjoyment. I don’t believe in gluttony,
but I don’t believe in deprivation either. I believe in balance. Balance
of energy, balance of nutrients, and balance of a full filled plate.

What did you have for breakfast this morning? How many mornings do you
have left?

If you didn't like your breakfast I bet you will find something here
to make worth one of your mornings.
