Step #1 - Send out a Alert email. (7 days before the launch)
An alert email simply alerts your audience to who I am and what Body By Eats is or a sneak preview of it.
One of the best things to do is to send them to sign up for the free report. It will capture your cookies but at the same time you are going to be sending them again the day of the actual and before I mail out to them so there isn't a chance of you losing out on a sale here. A free report goes a long way to making people feel comfortable with the product and the person.
Another option is to use one of the "Who is" emails from the affiliate blog emails.
The base take home point is to let them know that something great is coming.
Step #2 - Pre-Sale build Up (3,2,1 Days before launch)
I have either emails or links to videos you can send people to for information that will inform them and get them excited about Body By Eats. The goals of the pre-sale build up is like any other event. Think movie trailers, think before a book goes on sale in the major market. This is the same thing.
I have pre-written emails/video giving the readers valuable and usable content. Some readers like video and others like written content. You can give your readers both so the choice is yours. Choose the topics that are most relevant to your readers not just what you think is interesting.
For 3 days I am going to be doing 3 different videos but I also have bonus videos in the affiliate blog you you guys. You can send the readers to watch the videos and then tell them that you have extra video on another topic. This is giving your readers ton of great value without asking anything from them.
Step #3 - Launch Emails - Day 1
Launch emails are different for different audiences. If you audience is a little more straight laced and rejects a lot of "hype" then simple send them all the free information before hand and then the day of the launch use on of the "Simple/non hype" emails from the blog.
If you audience is target and you know your list well then use launch conversion optimized emails and send them to your readers the day of.
Also make sure to put an alert on all of your social media fronts (Blog, facebook, twitter).
Step #4 - Launch Emails - Day 2
Alert them to what is going on thus far. This is where we are going to talk one on one with status. Things might be sold out and big changes could be happening. Keep your list alerted to what is going on as it is happening.
Step #5 -Last day Chance
Alert your list that it is the last day and what is available still and what is going on. I will be in contact with you to give you information on any changes and updates.
After that sit back and enjoy the help you have given your readers and the sales you have brought in and recurring commission you have made.
